- Estate Planning Fees Disclaimer: The flat fees listed above for estate planning services include an initial meeting and the preparation of an initial draft of each document only. Any revisions, changes, or additional work beyond the initial drafts will be charged on a time and material basis at our attorney’s hourly rate, billed in 6-minute intervals. Additionally, while we will assist you with the final signing of the documents, this assistance is provided at no additional cost if scheduled within two (2) weeks of the delivery of the initial draft documents. If scheduled beyond this period, signing assistance will be billed separately at our attorney’s hourly rate. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. ↩︎
- Transfer of Assets: Please note that the flat fees do not include the transfer of assets into or out of any trust or other estate planning vehicles. Such transfers are considered separate services and will be billed at our attorney’s hourly rate, also billed in 6-minute intervals. - Estate Administration Fees Disclaimer:
Estate administration services are billed on an hourly basis. The specific terms, including the applicable hourly rates and retainer requirements, will be outlined in a retainer agreement to be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. Please note that the retainer agreement will specify the scope of services, payment terms, and conditions governing our representation.
