Complaint and Concern Procedures: At Lettuce Law, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality legal services and maintaining open, respectful communication with all of our clients. If at any time you have a concern or complaint about our services, we encourage you to bring it to our attention so that we can address the issue promptly and fairly.


1. How to Submit a Complaint or Concern: If you have a concern regarding your matter, billing, communication, or any other aspect of our representation, please contact the attorney handling your matter directly to discuss the issue informally.If the issue is not resolved, you may submit a formal written complaint info@lettucelaw.com. Please provide specific details regarding your concern so that we may fully understand and address it.


2. Our Response Process: Upon receiving a written complaint:

  • We will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days.

  • We will review the complaint carefully, which may include requesting additional information from you.

  • A managing attorney or designated representative will provide a written response within fifteen (15) business daysafter completing the review.


We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues wherever possible.


3. External Remedies: If you remain dissatisfied after completing our internal process, you may have the right to contact the appropriate state disciplinary authority. For clients located in New Jersey, complaints regarding attorney conduct may be directed to:
